At Evocorner (evocorner.co), we are committed to resolving any concerns with your order. Please contact us at support@evocorner.co before returning an item, providing your order number, the reason for your request, and any relevant photos.

After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, a replacement, or an approved return with detailed instructions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for an approved return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please obtain approval before shipping your item back. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as outlined below.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@evocorner.co with your order number, the reason for your return, and relevant photos.

  2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the approved item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed with our team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Any agreed partial refund will also be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact support@evocorner.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
